Because our services involve device evaluation, labor, and hardware components, refunds for completed services or installed components are generally not offered once work has begun.
Customers receive clear, upfront pricing before any service is performed. No work is started without customer approval.
If a customer chooses to cancel before any service work has started, they may be
eligible for a refund of any deposit paid, minus any diagnostic or evaluation fees,
if applicable.
Diagnostic or evaluation fees are non-refundable, as they cover time and expertise
already provided.
Once a service has been completed or components have been installed, refunds are
not provided.
In such cases, the applicable remedy is limited to warranty service as outlined below.
Most hardware-related services performed by TECH PFIX include a 90-day Limited Warranty, which covers:
